The Foreman Grills have a reputation of being the best electric grill on the market. It has dominate sales since its inception. I think there is only one other grill that comes close to the George Foreman GRP90WGR and that is Cuisinart GR-4N 5-in1 Griddler. These two grills are by far the best of breed when it comes to electric nonstick grills. I can honestly say I go back and forth on which one is truly better.
The Foreman GRP90WGR has 5 removable plates that make it perfect to use as a contact grill, griddle, waffle, bake and Panini cooking device. The 5 in 1 plates are interchangeable and dishwasher safe. I primarily use my foreman grill for cooking breakfast food and grilling. The griddle is perfect for scramble eggs, pancakes, and bacon. The grill plate is perfect for grilling steaks, chicken and fish. Although I would love to have more cooking surface, the grill can handle very thick steak without a problem. Cleanup is a breeze, simply snap out the plates, wipe off the grease with a paper towel, rinse the plates and place in the dishwasher. Since the plates are nonstick you don’t have anything to worry about the plates looking spotless coming out of the dishwasher.

The Cuisinart GR-4N 5-in-1 Griddler also has five separate cooking options. It can handle pancakes, scrambled eggs, bacon and almost any other breakfast food you like to cook. I really like the floating hinge that allows me to cook thick steaks and hamburgers. It also has an adjustable temperature control cooks the food evenly. It also has nonstick plates that are dishwasher safe. The Cuisinart GR-4N is a very popular alternative to the Foreman Grill.
